Physical Therapist
Join a small orthopedic and sports clinic where therapists see one patient at a time, keep reasonable caseloads, and have real say in how care is delivered.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients across the lifespan
- Develop and progress individualized plans of care with clear, measurable goals
- Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions without overlapping appointments
- Document accurately and in a timely way within the clinic's EMR
- Communicate with referring physicians, surgeons, and case managers as needed
- Contribute to case discussions and support the growth of newer clinicians
What we’re looking for
- Current Washington State physical therapist license, or license eligibility
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Strong orthopedic evaluation skills and comfort with manual therapy
- Clear, patient-centered communication style
- Current CPR certification
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; structured mentorship is provided
