Privacy policy

This is a public marketing website. It is not a secure or confidential channel and it is not a patient portal. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, treatment details, test or imaging results, medications, insurance identification numbers, or any other sensitive personal or health information through the contact form or by email.

Our contact form asks only for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a general reason for contacting us, and an optional message. We ask you to keep the message general. We use what you send solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to schedule or follow up on an appointment.

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to the clinic as an email. Delivery is handled on our behalf by an email service provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. The submission is not saved to any database on this website, and the contents are not written to our server logs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the website or the clinic — such as our website host and the email delivery provider described above — and only as needed to do that work.

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Like most web hosts, it automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — including IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request — for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heat mapping, or any other third-party tracking or marketing analytics.

If the practice adds analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe what is collected, who processes it, and how to opt out.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If cookies are introduced later — for example by an embedded scheduling tool — this section will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.

Our contact page embeds a map of the clinic’s location from OpenStreetMap, a non-commercial mapping project. Loading the map means your browser requests map images from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which can see your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

We chose OpenStreetMap over a commercial mapping service specifically because it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The map is only loaded when you scroll to it, and it doesn’t know anything about why you are visiting our site.

Some buttons on this site take you to services operated by other companies — for example an online scheduling system or a payment provider. Once you leave this site, the other company’s privacy policy and terms apply to what you do there, not ours.

We never collect or process credit card information on this website. Payments are handled entirely on the payment provider’s own system. See our billing page for details.

We keep inquiries received through the website only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of the correspondence, and then delete them in the ordinary course of business.

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Parents and guardians should contact the clinic directly regarding a minor’s care.

We may update this policy as our website or the services it links to change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
