Service
Athletic Training Services
Certified athletic trainer support for local athletes, teams, and schools — on the field and in the clinic.
About athletic training services at Peak
Peak's staff includes a Certified Athletic Trainer, which extends what the clinic can offer beyond the treatment room. Athletic trainers are licensed health care professionals who specialize in preventing, recognizing, and managing injuries in active people.
In the clinic, that means injury screening, on-the-spot assessment of a new complaint, and hands-on support carrying out a plan of care for athletes. It also means someone who understands what a season looks like and what an athlete is actually being asked to do each week.
Outside the clinic, we work with local schools, teams, and sports programs. The specific arrangements vary by organization — call the clinic to talk about what coverage or support might look like for your team.
What to expect
- Assessment by a certified athletic trainer working alongside the therapy team.
- A clear answer on whether something needs further medical evaluation.
- Practical guidance on training through, around, or away from an injury.
- Communication with coaches and physicians when you want it.
- A conversation about team or event support if you are asking on behalf of a program.
