Our team
The people you'll work with
Our staff has strong backgrounds in manual therapy, spine rehabilitation, and sports-specific rehab, and includes a Certified Athletic Trainer. Our commitment is to develop a personal treatment plan that helps our patients do more than just recover from injury.
Clinical team
Meet the Peak team
We're a small clinic and all staff members work closely together with all patients. Where someone specializes in a particular treatment, we match you with the right practitioner — and continuity of care stays the priority either way.

Brian Russon, PT
Physical Therapist & Clinic Owner
Brian is the clinic's physical therapist and evaluates every patient, building the plan of care that the rest of the team carries out alongside him.

Caleb Oster, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Caleb works alongside Brian to carry out treatment plans, coaching exercise and keeping patients progressing between evaluations.

Bobby Green, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Bobby works alongside Brian to carry out treatment plans, coaching exercise and keeping patients progressing between evaluations.

Dennielle Hogle
Office Administrator
Dennielle runs the front office and is usually the first person you'll speak to — scheduling, paperwork, and insurance questions.
How we work
Colleagues who talk about hard cases
Our clinicians meet regularly to discuss complex patients, share what they learned from a course, and pressure-test each other's reasoning.
That habit is good for patients and good for therapists. It is also why newer clinicians choose Peak — mentorship here means protected time with a specific colleague, not a vague promise during an interview.
