Sports Rehabilitation
Sport-specific rehabilitation and staged return-to-play planning for athletes at every level.
About sports rehabilitation at Peak
Sports rehabilitation is about more than getting comfortable again. Returning to a sport means the tissue has to tolerate sprinting, cutting, landing, throwing, or whatever your sport actually demands — and that capacity has to be rebuilt deliberately.
Peak works with athletes from across the region: high school and club athletes, weekend runners and cyclists, and adults who simply refuse to give up their sport. Your therapist will map out the stages between where you are now and where you want to be, and tell you what has to be true before you move to the next one.
Where it helps, we coordinate with coaches, athletic trainers, and physicians so everyone is working from the same plan and the same timeline.
What to expect
- An evaluation that accounts for the specific demands of your sport.
- Clear criteria for progressing between phases, rather than a fixed calendar.
- Strength and loading work that builds toward sport-specific movement.
- Objective testing before return-to-play decisions are made.
- Coordination with coaches, athletic trainers, and physicians when you want it.
